Which ranks Britain’s private companies with the fastest-growing sales.

We produce Schoolhaus®, which are zero carbon, energy efficient school buildings; constructed off-site, integrating state-of-the-art technology within the building. Their airtight construction, outstanding insulation and the generation of energy and revenue (via the solar PV roof) make them the UK’s most energy-efficient school buildings.

Neil Smith, Chief Executive Officer at Net Zero Buildings, said: “We’re delighted to be ranked in the Fast Track 100 and we see it as a reflection of the company’s strong performance over the last few years.

“We believe the demand for Schoolhaus® reflects changing attitudes towards the built environment, and a growing recognition that both zero carbon buildings and off-site construction are increasingly becoming a necessity in the modern world.”

Sir Richard Branson of Virgin, the list’s title sponsor, commented: “Entrepreneurs are the lifeblood of the economy; driving innovation, creating jobs and challenging industry norms. The achievements of the companies on this year’s Fast Track 100 list are fantastic.

“It’s clear over the coming years UK business will have to adapt to different conditions and we must do all we can to support our entrepreneurs – who will be the engines of growth for Britain.”

The list was published in the Business section of The Sunday Times on 3 December. Other companies in the top 100 include restaurant chains Five Guys and Leon, fashion retailer Missguided, and brewer BrewDog.
